Attorney Vicki Fullington is the founder and President of Law Breeze, established in 1999. She has been an estate planning attorney in Ventura County since 1994, and a Real Estate Broker since 2000. Ms. Fullington earned her Juris Doctorate from National University School of Law in San Diego, California. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1994.
She is a member of the Estate Planning Council, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Ventura County Coastal Association of Realters, MLS, and National Notary Association.
She provides personalized estate planning, asset protection, business, and real estate services for our clients. She can guide you through your very important decisions to develop a personalized plan for you.
Ms. Fullington handles real estate transactions. She determines strategies, negotiates contracts, prepares and or reviews real estate and related documents for purchase/sales transactions and for methods of holding title, prepares deeds, promissory notes, deeds of trust, release and reconveyances, researches title issues, negotiates and resolves easement issues, is a real estate broker for escrows, purchases and sales transactions. Assists clients with financing, coordinates third party repair contractors, termite inspectors, title companies, and other entities, handles foreclosure analysis, negotiates with County Assessors, Real Property County Recorders, Mapping and Zoning Departments.
Ms. Fullington also handles commercial business transactions - Setting up corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
Before becoming an attorney, Vicki Fullington served our country in the United States Navy as a Jet Mechanic (at NAS Point Magu and NAS Barbers Point, Hawaii); she was also a US Navy Recruiter.
Vicki has a pet cat, "Torrey" " and "rescue" dog, "Riley" who love Vicki dearly. Vicki also enjoys sailing the local coastal waters with her sailing club.
