Kryztofr oversees the strategic vision and operational aspects of the Lawbreeze, which has flourished under his leadership. He has shaped the direction of the firm and established Lawbreeze’s reputation as a distinguished legal service provider offering clients comprehensive legal services with a focus on Estate Planning, Family Law, and Mediation.

In his role as Lead Mediator, Kryztofr has facilitated countless successful mediations, earning a reputation for his adept negotiation skills and commitment to achieving fair and equitable resolutions. Kryztofr remains committed to ensuring that all clients receive the highest quality legal services and compassionate mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

In addition to his leadership role at Lawbreeze Law Offices, Kryztofr serves as a senior administrator at The Colleges of Law (COL), the local law school in Santa Barbara and Ventura. His unwavering commitment to legal education is evident not only in his administrative responsibilities but also in his role as the co-founder of COL’s Alumni Association. Kryztofr continues to serve as a dedicated Alumni Council Board member, where he remains passionate about ensuring the continued success and development of all COL students and alums.

A distinguished graduate with honors from the University of Laverne, where he obtained both his undergrad and MBA degrees, prior to attending law school. Kryztofr adeptly blends his legal expertise with a profound understanding of business dynamics. He earned his Juris Doctorate from The Colleges of Law’s Santa Barbara campus.

Our Founder, Vicki Fullington

Attorney Vicki Fullington, the esteemed founder of Lawbreeze established in 1994, has had a distinguished career marked by her dedication to estate planning and real estate. Her journey in law began in 1996, and she further expanded her expertise by becoming a Real Estate Broker in 2000. Ms. Fullington’s legal acumen is underscored by her Juris Doctorate from the National University School of Law in San Diego, California, and her admission to the State Bar of California in 1994.

Throughout her professional journey, Vicki has been an active member of prestigious organizations, including the California State Bar Association, the National Association of Realtors, and the National Notary Association. Prior to embarking on her legal career, Vicki served our country in the United States Navy, where she was a Jet Mechanic stationed at NAS Point Magu and NAS Barbers Point, Hawaii. She also contributed to the Navy as a Recruiter.

As of now, Vicki Fullington is partially retired, allowing her to savor a well-deserved break from her illustrious legal career. In her retirement, she finds joy in spending quality time with her cherished rescue dog, “Riley.” Vicki has a passion for the outdoors, indulging in activities such as hiking, biking, camping, and sailing.

Her legacy in the legal field and her service to the nation are a testament to Vicki Fullington’s remarkable journey. In retirement, she continues to embrace life’s adventures and the tranquility of her pursuits, embodying the spirit of a well-deserved and fulfilling retirement.

Hon. John L Fielder (Ret.)

Retired Judge John L. Fielder has left an indelible mark on California’s legal landscape, serving with distinction as a judge for the Kern County Superior Court. Appointed by CA Governor Jerry Brown in 1980, Judge Fielder brought decades of legal acumen to the bench, ultimately retiring in 2021.

Prior to his judicial appointment, John served as a court commissioner for the West Kern Municipal Court. His early legal career included a significant role as a deputy public defender in Kern County, highlighting his commitment to justice and public service.

John earned his JD from Southwestern Law School, a foundation that fueled his illustrious legal career. Admitted to the state bar in 1974, he became a respected authority in family law and a well-regarded member of the legal community.

Post-retirement, Judge Fielder (Ret.) channels his wealth of experience into his new found passion for mediation and alternative dispute resolution. His deep understanding of family law matters makes him a uniquely qualified mediator, offering parties a balanced and informed perspective.

At Milgard Windows, Sarah’s innovative spirit came to the forefront as she revolutionized company processes. She designed a cost-saving method for sealing glass units, resulting in annual savings of $20 million.

Her impact continued at GLOVIS USA, where Sarah undertook the challenge of turning around a port facility facing significant financial losses. Her strategic interventions led to the elimination of a $1 million monthly deficit, steering the facility toward sustained profitability.

Notably, at BMW North America, Sarah showcased her proficiency by performing the first successful paperless ISO900 audit. This groundbreaking initiative was later adopted across all ports, underscoring her influence in implementing efficient and effective processes.
